A Weekend of Wellness: Luxury Meets Mindfulness at Parihoa Farm
In November 2024, Parihoa Farm had the privilege of hosting an exclusive wellness retreat in partnership with The Luxury Network, led by their dynamic CEO Pip Edwards. From November 22-24, our coastal sanctuary became home to an intimate gathering of influential women, where luxury brands and mindful experiences merged to create an unforgettable weekend of connection and celebration.
Guests were welcomed to Parihoa in style, arriving in Prestige Drive's latest Range Rover fleet. As they approached the property, the dramatic views of Muriwai's rugged west coast coastline set the stage for what would be a transformative weekend ahead.
The retreat began with a carefully curated self-care experience. Participants selected their personal EmbodyMe oils, guided by their intentions for the weekend. Sarah Reid, EmbodyMe's visionary founder, led an intimate hand massage session, while guests reclined on premium Hyoumankind pillows. The day concluded with a mesmerizing sound bath, creating the perfect atmosphere for deep relaxation and reflection.
Saturday embraced the natural beauty of Parihoa, beginning with an invigorating morning walk across our scenic grounds. Guests then experienced the contrast of ice bath immersion followed by warming sessions in Found Space's state-of-the-art infrared sauna. The LumiVitae team shared their expertise on hydrogen water benefits, while Charlotte Hill of True North offered fascinating insights through Human Design Profile readings.
The afternoon offered moments of personal indulgence with The Spa Nomad providing rejuvenating massages. The day culminated in a gastronomic journey crafted by renowned private chef Des Harris, complemented by exceptional Pyramid Valley wines. As evening fell, the gentle notes from our grand piano provided a sublime ending to a day of wellness and luxury.
Each guest departed with carefully selected gifts including their chosen EmbodyMe oil, a Tom Ford candle, and a Hyoumankind Go Pillow – lasting reminders of their time at Parihoa.
